Motivation
This project aims to develop a state-of-the-art test bench for performance evaluation of small Tesla turbines (less than 50 mNm of torque) with application to power a novel prosthetic device.
The experimental data will be used for evaluation of current designs, providing insights into new designs, and also in validating and verifying analytical/numerical models that are currently being developed in house.
This project is still under development. More details will be added once it is finished.
